Minimum Order Please note a minimum order value of £3.50 will ensure your order is processed and posted.
Postage and Delivery
Delivery to UK Mainland: Our standard UK mainland delivery charge is £3.50 for orders upto £35.00 there after is free of charge for any number of items. Standard UK mainland delivery should have your goods delivered within 7 - 28 working days following the day of ordering. We use Royal Mail or Parcel Force Standard for larger items.
Overseas Delivery: Our standard overseas delivery charge for Europe starts at £4.00 for orders upto the value of £50.00 and there after free of charge, and delivery to the Rest of World starts at £6.00 for orders upto £80.00 and there after free of charge. Standard overseas delivery should have your goods delivered within 7 - 28 working days following the day of ordering. We use Royal Mail or Parcel Force Standard for larger items.
Payment Options
We accept payment by credit card / debit card see payments on main web page for type of cards we accept. If paying by cheque (See Payments on main web site) allow 7-10 days for delivery, as orders won't be sent until cheques are cleared, and please write name and address on back of cheques. All prices advertised on the web site include VAT at 17.5%. You can pay by cheque or credit card by post by printing your order and filling in the details and sending to us at Robs model Shop, 3 Brownshill, cromer, Norfolk, NR27 0QA.
Orders/Back Orders
All orders are dispatched the following day after receiving your order (or unless paying by cheque 7-10 days) depending on product availability. If a ordered product is out of stock Robs Model Shop will contact the customer with options of waiting for product to come available and will then be dispatched straight away to the customer or cancelling ordered product. Or if a product is discontinued the customer will have the right for a replacement or a refund for the value of the product concerned.
Returns and Refunds
If you have ordered incorrectly or are dissatisfied with your order please inform us within 7 days of receiving it by writing to us or by Email. The product must be returned to us in an as new condition at the customers own cost in exchange for a replacement or full refund. We will not refund P&P for sent back items unless an error has occurred on Robs Model Shops behalf or the product is faulty.
If your order is delivered damaged through transit please inform us within 24 hours of delivery by telephoning 01263 515233 or preferably E-mail us at info@robsmodelshop.co.uk and return it back to us and we will either give a full refund or replacement depending on the customers decision.
Cancelling your Order
YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
All customers have the legal right to cancel the contract. In order to cancel you must inform us within a period of 7 days starting on the day after the goods are received by you. In case of cancellation, we will return the payment to you within 30 days of the cancellation. If the goods have been despatched to you, prior to cancellation, you should return the goods to us at your cost. If the goods are not returned, we will collect them and deduct the direct cost from the refund.
